Severe threat will continue throughout the week
Chances will extend through the holiday weekend
WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Chief Meteorologist Ross Janssen says that storm chances will continue for a good part of the week with severe weather a possibility most days leading into the holiday weekend.
Tuesday will have some showers early in the day, but those will dry up before another round of storms sets up for central and south central Kansas into the evening. Some severe weather is possible for the eastern half of the state.
More storm chances will arrive on Wednesday, with most of those focused over northern Kansas. Another round of rough weather may be setting up for Thursday evening in south central and eastern Kansas.
