KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KWCH) - The labor shortage continues to impact summer plans.

Worlds of Fun announced that it does not have enough staff to stay open during its normal summer hours. So, it will be closed every Tuesday and Wednesday for the rest of June:

  • June 15-16
  • June 22-23
  • June 29-30

The Kansas City, Mo. amusement park says it is trying to recruit more seasonal workers to help fill any gaps.

As of right now, Oceans of Fun will operate on its regular schedule for the rest of the month. A reservation is required to visit that park.
